A grey/green faceted Spinel and a raw, double terminated Tibetan Quartz Crystal with dainty rainbow inclusions are prong set into a hand made brass shrine.

Miranda sculpts every unique setting into wax to fit the specific stones she selects for each piece. The wax is then set into plaster, burnt out in a hot kiln, and molten metal is poured into the void. Once the metal cools it is broken free from the plaster encasing and clean and polished resulting in a one-of-kind piece custom made for these exact stones. No two pieces will be alike or will be reproducible.

Double terminated quartz is believed to both absorb and emulate energy, and are used to cleanse and balance the aura. They also are thought to transmit and amplify other crystals that they are combined with. Spinel is considered a stone of revitalisation and rejuvenation. It is used to promote energy renewal and to overcome exhaustion and depletion. Thought to be a very soothing stone, it’s been used to calm and relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. This stone encourages moderation in all things.

The brass rolo chain hangs at 30” (about solar plexus level) but the hook can be set at any length in the chain. However if you plan to always wear this piece short you may want to request to have it put on a shorter chain.
