lost earring replacement- 1/2 the cost of the pair

lost or damage stone repair- case by case basis

ring resizing- sizing down- 25 fee Sizing up 10 fee (only up to 1/2 a size possible)

tarnish/skin reaction- return within 5 days of receiving item

Returns-

custom work is not returnable

returns accepted after 5 days of delivery in new condition

buyer pays shipping on returns and uses tracking
